How do I become a new patient?
All new patients must fill out a Registration Packet before being scheduled. After you submit the packet, a member of our team will contact you to schedule your first appointment.

How soon can I be seen as a new patient?
Patients can typically expect to be seen 1-2 weeks after their registration date. Availability per provider may vary.

Does your practice offer telehealth services?
Yes! Patients can opt for telehealth visits with their provider. However, intakes must first be completed in person as we require a urine sample for first time appointments.

Do providers prescribe controlled substances?
Yes, our providers offer a wide variety of medication including controlled substances.

What age ranges do you accept?
We accept ages from 3+ for medication management and talk therapy.
Patients being seen for TMS and Spravato with insurance must be 18+. Patients 14+ can be seen without insurance for these services.

Why do you collect urine samples for new patients?
To detect substances like alcohol, drugs, or medications that could impact mental health or treatment, confirm medication adherence, and identify potential misuse. We want to ensure that any prescribed medications do not interfere with the patient's physiology.

Are your facilities handicap accessible?
Yes, all of our facilities are handicap accessible and each have elevators for our patients.

Is there parking at your offices?
Yes, all of our offices provide parking spaces for our patients.

How can I change or reschedule an existing appointment?
To make changes to your appointment, you can do any of the following: call us, submit a contact form, or send a message via your patient portal account.

You can learn more about our prescribers and therapists by viewing their biographies on our website.

Can I request a specific provider?
Yes, you can request to see any of our providers. However, due to patient load and availability, some providers may be unavailable or have longer wait times than others.

Which mental illnesses do you diagnose?
Our providers diagnose a variety of mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, substance addiction, and many more.

Which services do you provide?

Does the first appointment need to be in person?
Yes, intake appointments need to be held in person as we require a urine sample for all new patients. You have the option to opt for telehealth appointments afterwards.

Do you offer court mandated psych or gun evaluations?
No, we do not offer these at this time.

Can my medication be sent out of state?
Due to DEA state restrictions, providers legally cannot prescribe to a state they are not registered with.
